Carlisle Brewing Co
We make beer because we love beer, it’s awesome! What’s not to love about locally made ale with great ingredients, made by a family run firm who get a huge buzz out people enjoying what they make!
We set up Carlisle Brewing Co in September 2013. It’s a small family run microbrewery that was initially set up in outbuildings at the rear of our freehouse, The Spinners Arms in Cummersdale, Carlisle. Carlisle Brewing Co is the first brewery in Carlisle since 1987.
The brewery expanded in October 2015 and now operates from a small unit on Carlisle’s Kingstown Industrial Estate.
We love the tradition and the history surrounding British ales, and as a brewery are proud to be involved in the renewed interest in Carlisle’s long brewing heritage.
We now make all our beers vegan friendly!
